About She Steeps

I spent years fighting my own body.

For most of my adult life, my cycles were irregular, heavy, and painful. I was offered birth control as the solution - and I took it, not realizing what it was quietly doing to my hormones in the background.

It wasn't until I slowed down and started learning my body's actual rhythm that things began to shift. Not a textbook 28-day cycle - mine never has been. But a real, natural rhythm that I finally understood. And when I stopped fighting it and started supporting it? The painful cramps that had defined most of my cycles faded. My body found its balance.

I'm a certified transformational nutritional coach specializing in hormones, and I've spent years studying how food, herbs, and lifestyle choices affect women's health - especially the parts of our health that mainstream medicine tends to dismiss or medicate away.

She Steeps was born from that journey. From my love of tea and passion for cycle syncing and from a deep frustration that women are still not being taught how their own bodies work.

You were not designed to suffer through your cycle every month. Your body is not broken, it's communicating.

It's time to steep in that truth.
